YourBet.ai is an education and information service. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide a financial service.
1. Acceptance
By using YourBet.ai (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by Sunyard Invest AB ("we", "us").
2. What we provide
Daily market briefs, plain-English explainers, lessons and an AI coach that explains how things work. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalised investment advice.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. No automation, scraping, or resale of content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, attack or overload the Service.
- Use the AI coach to generate content that violates law.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Market data
Prices and indicators are delivered via Finnhub and cached for up to a few minutes. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on it for real-time trading decisions.
6. AI-generated content
Some content is generated by AI models. We work hard to keep it accurate and grounded in real data, but AI can be wrong. Always verify important facts before acting on them. The AI coach is restricted to education and information — it will refuse to recommend specific trades, price targets, or portfolio actions.
7. Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links — if you click and sign up with a partner broker we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This is always disclosed inline and does not change our editorial content. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
8. No warranty / liability cap
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading losses you may incur. Our total liability for any direct loss is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
9. IP & content
YourBet.ai content, branding, code and structure are owned by us. You may share short quotes with attribution and a link back. No bulk reproduction.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app. You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sunyard Invest AB is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
